Discover the thrill of rock climbing in the stunning Aravis mountains!

This 4-day course is perfect for beginners to intermediates looking to learn the basics of rock climbing. Surrounded by breathtaking scenery near Annecy, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your climbing skills on some of the region’s most beautiful cliffs. Whether you’re a complete novice or have some experience on a climbing wall, your experienced guide will teach you everything you need to know to climb safely and confidently.

What to expect:

• Day 1: Start your adventure on a sunny cliff in Le Grand-Bornand. Learn the basics of climbing equipment, safety procedures, and top-roping techniques.
• Day 2: Build on your skills at a different crag in La Clusaz. Learn lead climbing techniques and tackle your first multi-pitch route in second.
• Day 3: Continue progressing with a longer multi-pitch climb, applying the skills you’ve learned so far.
• Day 4: Embark on a more advanced climb at the Tours du Midi. Experience the thrill of climbing a multi-pitch route with stunning views.

You will learn:

• How to use climbing equipment effectively
• How to build anchors and belay for multi-pitch routes
• Safe climbing techniques for both top-roping and lead climbing
• Essential climbing skills such as footwork, body positioning, and route finding

• Group size: Maximum 3 participants per guide
• Dates:  August 19-22, September 12-15. Other dates available upon request (minimum 2 participants).
