I understand that you may not have a printer handy when you’re traveling so it is not necessary to have a printed copy. However, I require that you show ID matching your reservation and also the Order # that is immediately emailed to you after you make your reservation.
Excepted if mentioned, prices shown are only the guiding fees. They do not include other fees like: ski-pass, transportation, food, hotel, gear to hire…
A-During the activity:
Activities can be modified or cancelled by the guide because of safety measures, weather or other problems with the group. There will be no refund when the activity is cancelled because of the participant fault. For instance: one is not trained enough, not properly equiped, do not have the specified practice level, do not obey to guides recomendations etc… A partial or total refund may happen in other cases (weather conditions shortening the outing etc…).
B-Before the activity starting:
1-Cancellation by the guide: for bad weather forecast or other problems: guide fees are refund.
2-Cancellation by the customer:
-Less then 7 days before the starting: 100% of the fees must be payed.
-Between 7 to 20 days before the starting: the déposit will be kept by the guide.
-More then 20 days before the starting: 100% of the fees will be refund.
For “All included” products, specific cancellation policy will be applied and joined with the booking contract.
Yes, even with a mountain guide, mountain sports are not risk-free! Mountain guides are professionals regularly trained to deal with risk managing. But some of the risks, because of their unpredictable or complex character for example, can’t be eluded. For instance: stone falls, serac collapse, crevasse, avalanches etc..You’ll have to share those risks if you come with us!
It is your responsability to check your own insurance cover. Mountain guides have a professional insurance that cover you in case of professional fault.
For private guiding, only 1 pers. For group guiding, this is usually mentioned on the activity pages.
Reservations are required for guaranteed spots on all activities. Reservations helps to determine the number of guides needed to ensure that groups remain manageable and enjoyable, and they allows to notify you of changes due to weather or anything that could disturb the activity.
You can use: telephone, website and email. When activity cost exceed 90€, you’ll be asked to pay a deposit in advance.
We may do some activities in the rain, snow, wind and any other weather conditions that nature decides to throw at us. After all, we’re going on adventures! But if the weather is unsafe for any reason, the guide will decide to change, postpone or cancel the activity.
